我国石油企业在长期生产经营中倡导、积累,经过筛选提炼成的,由一系列石油企业价值观、信念、仪式、符号、处事方式等组成的特有的文化形象即为石油企业文化,它是企业的灵魂和潜在的生产力,是打造企业核心竞争力的战略举措。本文通过全面对我国石油企业文化进行评价分析,有利于促进石油企业的新文化建设和对建设必要性的研究,同时探讨了新时期下我国石油企业文化建设的现状和存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。
The peculiar cultural image advocated by our oil enterprises in long-term production and operation, accumulated and screened and refined by a series of petroleum enterprises’ values, beliefs, rituals, symbols and ways of doing things is the petroleum enterprise culture. It is the enterprise’s Soul and potential productivity, is to build the core competitiveness of enterprises strategic move. This paper analyzes and evaluates the Chinese petroleum enterprise culture in an all-round way, which is propitious to promote the new culture construction and the necessity of the construction of petroleum enterprises. At the same time, it discusses the current situation and existing problems of Chinese petroleum enterprise culture construction in the new era, Countermeasures.
