[目的]研究代森锰锌在辣椒及土壤中的残留动态。[方法]于2008~2009年在长沙、广州和北京三地分别开展田间施药试验和室内分析试验,研究代森锰锌在辣椒及土壤中的消解动态和最终残留,采用气相色谱法进行定量分析。[结果]研究所用残留分析方法,辣椒和土壤中代森锰锌的平均回收率分别为86.59%~93.03%、92.57%~95.14%。代森锰锌在辣椒和土壤中消解较快,其半衰期分别为2.29~4.65d和4.01~4.65d。在辣椒上使用精甲霜灵·代森锰锌水分散粒剂,按照推荐使用剂量最多施药3次(每次间隔5d),最后一次施药3d后,采收的辣椒中代森锰锌的残留量均小于2mg/kg。[结论]研究结果为代森锰锌安全使用标准的制定奠定了基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the residual dynamics of mancozeb in pepper and soil. [Method] In 2008-2009, field application experiments and laboratory analysis were carried out in Changsha, Guangzhou and Beijing respectively to study the digestion dynamic and final residues of mancozeb in pepper and soil, and the quantitative determination by gas chromatography analysis. [Result] The average recoveries of mancozeb in pepper and soil were 86.59% ~ 93.03% and 92.57% ~ 95.14%, respectively. Mancozeb digested rapidly in pepper and soil with half-lives of 2.29-4.65d and 4.01-4.65d, respectively. In the pepper on the use of Metalaxyl-Mancozeb water dispersible granules, according to the recommended dosage up to 3 times the application (each interval of 5d), after the last dose 3d, the recovery of mancozeb in the pepper The residual amount of less than 2mg / kg. [Conclusion] The research results laid the foundation for the formulation of the standard of safe use of mancozeb.
