2011年12月15日,欧盟发布“照亮未来——加快新型照明技术利用”绿皮书,分析了固态照明(SSL)的特点,总结了欧洲固态照明推广现状和产业发展情况,提出了欧盟固态照明推广和固态照明产业发展战略,对我国固态照明相关政策的制定具有重要的借鉴意义。
