本文报道了62例甲亢(Grave’s病)病人SACE活性的变化。甲亢组(62例)SACE活性与正常对照组相比呈有意义的增高。T=10.945(P<0.01)。SACE升高与T_3、T_4升高呈正相关r=0.6618、0.613(P<0.01)。在甲亢组中,有23例病人经抗甲状腺药物治疗后,可见SACE活性随着病情好转,T_3、T_4下降而下降。T=6.051(P<0.01)。而14例甲低病人SACE值与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。甲亢时SACE活性增高原因尚未清楚。我们认为,甲亢时,SACE的活性测定可作为诊断甲亢非特异性指标和疗效判断的指标,这为甲亢的诊断和疗效的观察提供了一个新的方法。
This article reports the change of SACE activity in 62 patients with Grave’s disease. The hyperthyroidism group (62 cases) SACE activity compared with the normal control group was significantly increased. T = 10.945 (P <0.01). The increase of SACE was positively correlated with the increase of T 3 and T 4 (r = 0.6618,0.613, P <0.01). In the hyperthyroidism group, there were 23 patients treated with anti-thyroid drugs, we can see SACE activity with the condition improved, T_3, T_4 decreased and decreased. T = 6.051 (P <0.01). The 14 cases of hypothyroidism patients SACE value and the normal control group no significant difference (P> 0.05). The cause of hyperthyroidism SACE activity is not yet clear. In our opinion, the activity of SACE in hyperthyroidism can be used as an index to diagnose the nonspecific index and curative effect of hyperthyroidism, which provides a new method for the diagnosis and curative effect observation of hyperthyroidism.
