目的了解泰安市城区家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用点滴法测定家蝇的抗药性。结果岱岳区和泰山区家蝇对敌敌畏均已产生最高抗,LD50分别为0.900 9和0.484 9μg/只;对高效氯氰菊酯均已产生高抗,LD50分别为0.096 8和0.085 8μg/只;岱岳区家蝇对溴氰菊酯产生高抗,LD50为0.008 5μg/只;泰山区则为最高抗,LD50为0.026 8μg/只。结论泰安市城区家蝇对3种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性。建议科学合理地选用杀虫剂,积极提倡以环境治理为主,化学防治为辅的综合防治措施,把蝇密度控制在较低水平。
Objective To understand the resistance of house flies to commonly used pesticides in urban areas of Tai’an and provide the basis for the scientific and rational use of insecticides. Methods The antibiotic resistance of Musca domestica was determined by spotting method. Results The house flies in Daiyue district and Taishan district had the highest resistance to dichlorvos with the LD50 of 0.900 9 and 0.484 9 μg / kg, respectively, and had high resistance to beta-cypermethrin with LD50 of 0.096 8 and 0.085 8 μg / The housefly produced high resistance to deltamethrin with an LD50 of 0.008 5 μg / animal, the highest resistance in Taishan Mountain, and a LD50 of 0.026 8 μg per bird. Conclusion Musca domestica in urban area of Tai’an has different degrees of resistance to the three commonly used insecticides. Proposed scientific and rational use of pesticides, and actively promote the environmental control, chemical control, supplemented by a comprehensive prevention and control measures to control the density of flies at a low level.
