飞机构型管理是一个复杂的系统性协作问题,涉及到协同研制中许多学科和部门,一直是型号研制和批生产中的技术难点。在分析构型管控与项目管理的映射关系上,应用项目管理的原理和方法,提出创建构型项目管理的一般流程。通过构型项形式化表达的定义,建立了相对独立的管理模块和构型计算的依据。通过定义工业活动结构,结合项目视图管理框架技术,实现在构型项管理、控制、纪实与审核过程中对构型数据变化的管控。在此基础上,建立了基于项目管理的构型管控模型。该技术已经在机翼构型规划项目过程中得到了应用验证,该构型管控模型具有很好的效果。
Aircraft configuration management is a complex and systematic problem of collaboration, involving many disciplines and departments in collaborative development. In the analysis of the mapping relationship between configuration management and project management, this paper applies the principles and methods of project management and proposes the general process of creating configuration project management. On this basis, the establishment of project management based on the configuration management and control model. This technique has been validated in the wing configuration planning process and the configuration control model works well.
