本课题是世界儿童基金会资助、合作项目的一部分。用病例对照调查和Logistic模型分析方法检验了有关大骨节病病因和相关因素的29项假设。调查在黑龙江省克山县境内进行,以学龄儿童为对象,病例组205例,病区内对照204例,非病区对照208例。发现以谷物微生物污染指标挥发性盐基氮含量增多作为危险因素分析,表现出很高的比值比,与病区内对照例相比为5.2,与病区外对照例相比为9.3。没有发现所涉及的环境因素中存在与大骨节病高度相关的其它危险因素。
This topic is part of a project funded and co-operated by the World Children’s Fund. A total of 29 hypotheses related to the causes of Kashin-Beck disease and related factors were examined using case-control surveys and Logistic model analysis. The investigation was conducted in Keshan County, Heilongjiang Province. Subjects were school-aged children. There were 205 cases in the case group, 204 cases in the ward and 208 cases in the non-ward. It was found that the analysis of risk factors for the increase of volatile basic nitrogen of cereal microbial pollution indicators showed a high odds ratio of 5.2 compared with the control in the ward and 9.3 compared with the control outside the ward. No other risk factors associated with Kashin-Beck disease were found in the environmental factors involved.
