本文通过金相、硬度、X射线结构分析、电子探针、耐磨及抗咬合试验等方法,讨论了Cr12型钢在一次硬化和二次硬化状态下的离子硫氮碳共渗,分析了在不同温度,不同时间的共渗对渗层深度、硬度、耐磨及抗咬合性能的影响.结果表明,Cr12型钢进行离子硫氮碳共渗后,能获得一定的渗层,较好的渗层硬度分布,可有效地提高耐磨及抗咬合性能.经离子硫氮碳共渗处理后的Cr12MoV钢牙膏管冷挤压模具,使用寿命提高2~3倍。
In this paper, ion-sulphurized carbonitriding of Cr12 steel in primary and secondary hardening state was discussed by means of metallography, hardness, X-ray structure analysis, electron probe, wear resistance and seizure resistance test. Temperature and different times of co-infiltration on the depth, hardness, wear-resistant and anti-seizure performance of the infiltration layer.The results show that the Cr12 steel can obtain a certain infiltration layer after ion-sulphurized carbonitriding, and the better hardness Distribution, can effectively improve the wear-resistant and anti-occlusal properties of the Cr12MoV steel toothpaste tube by ion sulfur nitrocarburizing cold extrusion die, the service life increased by 2 to 3 times.
