目的探讨结扎胸导管对防止术后乳糜胸的效果。方法手术切除食管癌1643例,分为A组:术中不结扎胸导管980例;B组:手术切除食管癌,术中集束结扎胸导管763例。结果术后共发生乳糜胸19例(1.12%),A组18例(1.83%),B组1例(0.13%)。结论术中集束结扎胸导管可防止乳糜胸。
Objective To investigate the effect of ligating thoracic duct to prevent postoperative chylothorax. Methods 1643 cases of esophageal cancer were divided into two groups: group A: 980 cases without thoracotomy; group B: surgical resection of esophageal cancer with 763 cases of thoracic duct ligation. Results There were 19 cases (1.12%) of chylothorax, 18 cases (1.83%) in group A, and 1 case (0.13%) in group B after operation. Conclusion Intraoperative bundle ligature thoracic duct can prevent chylothorax.
