随着市场经济的发展,人才市场的供需关系发生了变化,由高职为主导的供给驱动转变为行业企业为主导的需求驱动,因此高职院校必须要调整人才培养规格,转变课程体系,以此来对接市场的需求,实现人才培养目标。本文用图表来解析六安职业技术学院旅游管理专业从“3+3”到“6+★”模块课程体系的转变,探讨课程体系转变的意义。 With the development of market economy, the supply and demand relationship in the talent market has changed. The supply-driven transformation from higher vocational education to the industrial enterprise-led demand-driven education in higher vocational colleges requires adjusting the personnel training specifications, changing the curriculum system, In order to meet the needs of the market, to achieve the goal of personnel training. This article uses charts to analyze the change of curriculum management system of travel management from “3 + 3 ” to “6 + ★ ” in Lu’an Vocational and Technical College and discusses the significance of the change of curriculum system.
