2015年10月发生的“青岛天价虾”宰客事件在网络上引发了激烈讨论。基于“青岛天价虾”事件的300个网络文本内容分析结果显示:在旅游餐饮宰客事件中,由于政府相关部门价格监管不到位,通常会引起游客的强烈不满,进而损害景区当地政府信誉和形象。通过对网络舆情相关文本数据的挖掘和分析,提出了厘清旅游餐饮价格监督机制途径、完善旅游餐饮价格监管体系、加强旅游餐饮价格监督队伍建设、构建完善的旅游餐饮价格监督网络等对策建议。
