近些年以来,房产开发商针对园林景观给予了更多关注;在设计多样化的住宅小区时,通常也不能缺少绿色植被与水景作为辅助。然而与此同时,针对住宅小区运用的园林景观很可能消耗了过多的水源,以至于出现了水量的失衡。住宅小区如果耗水过多,那么与之相应的运维成本也将变得更大。为此针对新形势下的园林景观以及住宅小区设计而言,关键应当落实于水量平衡,因地制宜探求可行的设计模式。 In recent years, real estate developers have given more attention to the landscape; in the design of diverse residential quarters, green vegetation and water features are often not used as a supplement. In the meantime, however, the landscape used for residential quarters is likely to consume too much water so that an imbalance of water volume occurs. If the residential area too much water, then the corresponding operation and maintenance costs will also become larger. Therefore, in view of the landscape and residential district design under the new situation, the key point should be implemented in the water balance and the feasible design mode should be explored according to local conditions.
