采用TD技术在小型井式盐浴炉中对Cr12MoV钢分别进行了渗钛、铬钛共渗、铬钛复合渗中性盐浴处理。测试分析了覆层的显微组织、物相结构、厚度、硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。结果表明,Cr12MoV中性盐浴渗钛、铬钛共渗和铬钛复合渗覆层的显微硬度(HV0.05)都超过了3 000;铬钛共渗和铬钛复合渗覆层的显微硬度呈现梯度变化;渗钛、铬钛共渗和铬钛复合渗覆层的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性较基体有很大提高。
TD technology was used to treat Cr12MoV steel in a small well-type salt-bath furnace, respectively. Titanium-titanium, chromium-titanium-co-infiltration and chromium-titanium composite infiltration salt bath treatment were carried out respectively. The microstructure, phase structure, thickness, hardness, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating were analyzed and tested.
