古深3井是松辽盆地西部断陷区古龙断陷敖南凹陷的一口高温风险探井,该井完钻井深4920m,平均机械钻速0.83m/h,创造了该区块深井钻井最高机械钻速,满足了高温深井对钻井液抗高温能力的需求。现场应用表明,该体系性能稳定,抗温达到200℃,现场配制及维护简便,携砂能力强,润滑防塌效果好,很好地解决了高温深井的井壁稳定、高温下钻井液的沉降稳定性和电稳定性等问题[1-2]。
