目的:探讨血清视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)水平与胎儿生长发育的关系。方法:选取2011年5月至2013年2月分娩的200例孕妇作为研究对象,其中正常孕妇(NGT)+AGA组50例、NGT+LGA组50例、GDM+AGA组50例、GDM+LGA组50例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定孕妇血清RBP4水平,并记录孕早期体质指数和新生儿出生体质量等指标。结果:(1)GDM+AGA组、GDM+LGA组血清RBP4水平[(11.99±0.30)、(12.03±0.27)μg/mL]均高于NGT+AGA组[(9.00±0.26)μg/mL](P<0.05);(2)NGT+LGA组血清RBP4水平[(12.01±0.24)μg/mL]高于NGT+AGA组(P<0.05)。结论:GDM患者中血清RBP4水平升高,在没有明显糖耐量受损的情况下,RBP4可能参与加速胎儿生长。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) level and fetal growth and development. Methods: A total of 200 pregnant women delivered from May 2011 to February 2013 were selected as study subjects. Among them, 50 were normal pregnant women (NGT) + AGA group, 50 were NGT + LGA group, 50 were GDM + AGA group, Group of 50 cases. Serum RBP4 levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and indexes such as body mass index in early pregnancy and newborn birth weight were recorded. Results: (1) Serum levels of RBP4 in GDM + AGA group and GDM + LGA group were significantly higher than those in NGT + AGA group [(11.99 ± 0.30) vs (12.03 ± 0.27) μg / mL [(9.00 ± 0.26) μg / (P <0.05). (2) The level of RBP4 in NGT + LGA group was significantly higher than that in NGT + AGA group (12.01 ± 0.24) μg / mL (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Serum RBP4 levels are elevated in patients with GDM, and RBP4 may be involved in accelerating fetal growth in the absence of impaired glucose tolerance.
