随着知识经济的不断发展,创新与应用正成为这个社会越来越明显的特征,也成为衡量人才的重要指标。作为承担着为社会培养合格人才重任的教育部门,逐渐开始注重职业教育的改革,同时职业院校也开始注重学生的学习和实践相结合的教学模式。因此工学结合这种教育情况被提出来,下面本文在培养学生核心能力的提高方面,考虑到《新能源汽车电器设备检修》课程在教学内容和整体设计上的改革情况,并且意识到课程的最新模式应该是能够应对职业岗位或者是个方位群体所对应的职业技能具体情况,同时还需要在企业对于岗位要求和课程整体设计方面进行分析,以期能够促进我国职业院校工学结合模式的发展。
