以往的研究资料证实,圆窗膜(RWM)是影响耳毒性物质进入耳蜗的最重要因素,而某些中耳病理状态可使 RWM 结构与功能发生变化。本文观察了氢化可的松-新霉素-多粘菌素 B(Cortisporin)、氢化可的松-新霉素-多粘菌素 E(Coly-Mycin)、去炎松和头孢咪新(Bestron)等4种滴耳剂对 RWM 结构和通透性的影响。实验选用18只体重450~550g 的健康粟鼠,氯胺酮麻醉,暴露听泡迷路部,取上述滴耳剂约50μl 滴于右耳圆窗龛,10分钟后用无菌纸条吸去药液,Ringer’s 液冲洗;左耳滴用等量 Ringer’s 液,作为实验对照。30天后,
Previous research data confirmed that round window membrane (RWM) is the most important factor affecting the entry of ototoxic substances into the cochlea, whereas some middle ear pathological conditions can alter RWM structure and function. This article investigates the effects of hydrocortisone-neomycin-Cortisporin, hydrocortisone-neomycin-colmycin, triamcinolone, and Bestron ) 4 kinds of ear drops on RWM structure and permeability.
