对鹅掌楸属 (LiriodendronL .)种间杂种〔L .chinense (Hemsl.)Sarg .×L .tulipiferaL .〕及其亲本北美鹅掌楸 (L .tulipiferaL .)和鹅掌楸〔L .chinense (Hemsl.)Sarg.〕的花朵大小与颜色、雄蕊花药、雌蕊柱头和花粉活力的变异进行了观测 ,杂种鹅掌楸花朵较大 ,花瓣橙黄色 ,色彩艳丽 ,观赏价值较高。在固体培养条件下杂种鹅掌楸及其亲本北美鹅掌楸和鹅掌楸的花粉开始萌动大约需 40min ,而观测花粉发芽率以培养 16 0min为宜。杂种鹅掌楸的花粉发芽率低于鹅掌楸和北美鹅掌楸 ,种间差异达显著水平。杂种鹅掌楸花粉活力在株间差异达显著水平 ,两亲本花粉活力的株间差异不显著。树冠上层花的花粉活力较高 ,与下层花的差异达显著水平
In the present study, Liriodendron L. interspecific hybrids (L. chinense (Hemsl.) Sarg. × L. tulipifera L. and their parents L. tulipifera L. and L. chinense Hemsl. Sarg.] Flower size and color, stamen anthers, pistil stigma and pollen activity variation was observed, hybrid Liriodendron large flowers, orange petals, colorful, ornamental value is higher. Under the condition of solid culture, the pollen of Liriodendron hybrids and Liriodendron hybrids began to germinate in about 40min, while the observation of the germination rate of pollen germinated for 16 0min. The pollen germination rate of Hybrid Liriodendron was lower than that of Liriodendron chinense and Liriodendron chinense, with significant differences among species. The pollen viability of Hybrid Liriodendron hybrids was significantly different among strains, and there was no significant difference between the two progeny pollen viability strains. The pollen vitality of the upper canopy flower was higher, and the difference with the lower flowers reached a significant level
