目的 探讨神经甾体普拉睾酮 (DHEA)对老年大鼠学习记忆功能的影响。 方法 采用跳台试验法与避暗试验法检测各组SD大鼠学习记忆功能的变化。 结果 结果显示 ,DHEA能增强老年大鼠的被动逃避能力 ,逃避潜伏期延长 ,5min错误次数减少 ,以中剂量组的学习记忆能力增强最为显著 (P <0 0 1)。记忆保持功能测试中 ,中剂量组呈现明显的统计学差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,量效关系呈倒“U”型曲线。 结论 DHEA可显著提高老年大鼠的学习记忆及记忆保持能力 ,DHEA对老年性智能缺损等具有潜在的临床应用价值
Objective To investigate the effect of neurosteroid praepalaston (DHEA) on learning and memory in aged rats. Methods The changes of learning and memory abilities of SD rats in each group were tested by jumping-table test and dark-avoidance test. The results showed that DHEA could enhance passive avoidance ability, prolong escape latency and decrease error number in 5 min. The learning and memory abilities of medium dose group were enhanced most significantly (P <0.01). In the memory retention test, the middle dose group showed a significant statistical difference (P <0.05), and the dose-response relationship showed an inverted “U” curve. Conclusions DHEA can significantly improve the learning and memory ability and memory retention ability of aged rats. DHEA has potential clinical value for senile intelligence impairment
