田间罩笼人工接蛾试验结果表明,棉铃虫产卵对不同寄主植物及其生育期表现出选择性差异。在三种作物区组试验中,棉花初花期的卵分布率为87.8%,大豆花美期的卵分布率为12.2%,玉米吐丝后期则不能吸引棉铃虫产卵。室内用7种不同的作物器官饲喂棉铃虫初孵幼虫,结果表明,取食不同器官的棉铃虫,其生长发育存在显著性差异。以取食玉米雄穗的发育最快,其次为花生嫩叶、大豆嫩叶和玉米雌穗,再次为棉蕾,取食甘薯嫩叶和芝麻嫩叶的发育最慢。
The experimental results of artificial moth in field cage showed that the spawning of H. armigera showed different selectivity to different host plants and their growth period. In the three crop group experiments, the rate of early flowering of cotton was 87.8%, that of soybean was 12.2%, and that of cotton bollworm was not able to attract the latter. The results showed that there were significant differences in the growth and development of H. armigera when fed on different organs. Maize tasted the fastest development of tassel, followed by peanut leaves, young leaves and maize corn ear, again for the cotton buds, feeding sweet potato leaves and sesame leaves the slowest development.
