针对传统自检系统存在可移植性差、自检时间长等缺点,在充分利用ATS测试资源的基础上,采用面向信号的ATLAS语言,提出了一种基于GPTS3.0平台构建的通用自检系统。以某型测试系统的自检系统为例,具体描述了在GPTS3.0平台下开发自动测试系统电源模块、通道、串口通信等UUT的自检方法,具有自检时间短、故障定位准确等优点。
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional self-test system such as poor portability and long self-test time, a universal self-test system based on GPTS3.0 platform is proposed based on ATLAS language, which makes full use of ATS test resources. Taking a self-test system of a test system as an example, the self-test method of developing a UUT such as the power module, channel and serial port communication of the automatic test system under the GPTS3.0 platform is described in detail. The method has the advantages of short self-test time and accurate fault location .
