介绍以乙二胺为原料合成ZSM-5沸石,对合成的配料比、晶种、晶化时间、晶化温度和水玻璃模数进行了研究,并探索合成了微晶粒ZSM-5沸石。在500升釜中进行工业放大,产品质量与用正丁胺合成的相同。并用脉冲微反色谱对工业放大产品进行催化活性考察,证实具有优良的按形选择性和裂解活性。
In this paper, the synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite from ethylenediamine was studied. The ratio of ingredients, seed crystal, crystallization time, crystallization temperature and water glass modulus were studied. The synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite was also discussed. In 500 liters kettle for industrial amplification, product quality and use of n-butylamine synthesis of the same. And the use of pulsed micro-reversed-phase chromatography of industrial products to investigate the catalytic activity confirmed by the press-shaped selectivity and cleavage activity.
