通过系统的植物化学分离分析方法,研究骆驼蹄瓣中的萜类化学成分。运用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱(Sephadex LH-20)对乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,然后通过现代波谱学鉴定方法(1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS)和结合文献数据分析确定化合物的结构。从乙酸乙酯部位分离并鉴定13个化合物,结构分别为1-羟基茅苍术醇(1),茅苍术醇(2),白术内酰胺(3),β-桉叶醇(4),5α-氢过氧基-β-桉叶醇(5),12-羟基-2-酮基-1-瓦伦烯(6),毛脉五味子醇A(7),(6S,7E)-6-羟基-4,7-大柱烯-3,9-二酮(8),3-羟基-5α,6α-环氧-β-紫罗兰酮(9),(3S,5R,6S,7E)-3,5,6-三羟基-7-大柱烯-9-酮(10),(6R,7E,9R)-9-羟基-4,7-大柱烯-3-酮(11),(S)-3-羟基-β-紫罗兰酮(12),布卢门醇A(13)。其中化合物1~7为倍半萜,8~13为大柱烷类降倍半萜,以上化合物均为首次从骆驼蹄瓣中分离得到,化合物1为新的天然产物。
The systematic chemical and phylogenetic analysis was used to study the terpenoid constituents in camel’s hoof flap. The ethyl acetate fraction was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The compounds were identified by modern spectroscopic methods (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, MS) structure. Thirteen compounds were separated and identified from the ethyl acetate fraction. The structures of the compounds were 1-hydroxy-Mao-chao-qin (1), Atractylodes (2), Atractylodes (3) Β-eucalyptol (5), 12-hydroxy-2-keto-1-valencene (6), hairy schizandrol A (7), (6S, 7E) (8), 3-hydroxy-5α, 6α-epoxy-β-ionone (9), (3S, 5R, 6S, 7E) -3, (6), (6R, 7E, 9R) -9-hydroxy-4,7-fentadien-3-one -3-hydroxy-β-ionone (12), Blumenol A (13). Among them, compounds 1 to 7 were sesquiterpenes, and esters 8 to 13 were major sesquiterpenoid sesquiterpenes. The above compounds were isolated from camel’s tortoise flap for the first time and compound 1 was a new natural product.
