我院 1998 - 0 1～ 1999- 0 2对 11例前列腺增生症患者行耻骨后保留尿道前列腺切除术 ,术后效果满意。现报告如下。1 临床资料与方法1 1 一般资料本组 11例 ,年龄 65～ 91岁 ,平均年龄 70 5岁。经肛诊及腹部Ｂ超均诊断为前列腺增生症。其中 ,Ⅱ度肿大 7例 ,Ⅲ度肿大 4例。残
