力尔凡药是吉林大学生命科学技术研究所张德安教授等用基因工程方法研制出来的抗肿瘤新药,为了评价力尔凡抗肿瘤作用的有效性,为临床治疗提供科学依据,我们以8BC小鼠U14腹水癌荷瘤动物为模型,用[3~H]-TIP掺入法观察了该药对8BC小鼠UM4癌细胞增殖数,DNA聚合酶活性的影响的研究.现将结果报告如下.
Lerfan drug is a new anti-tumor drug developed by Professor Zhang De’an of the Institute of Life Science and Technology of Jilin University, using genetic engineering methods. To evaluate the effectiveness of Lerfan’s anti-tumor effect, it provides a scientific basis for clinical treatment. We use 8BC mice. U14 ascites cancer tumor-bearing animal model, [3 H]-TIP incorporation method was used to observe the effect of this drug on the proliferation and DNA polymerase activity of UM4 cancer cells in 8BC mice. The results are reported below.
