我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制。把企业推向市场已是势在必行。一个企业要使自己能在激烈的市场竞争中求生存求发展,不仅仅需要有一个良好的外部环境,同时也需要建立一个稳固的充满生机活力的内部环境。增强企业内部活力最关键的因素是企业向心力的强弱。因为,企业内部的向心力是形成企业内部活力的“动力源”。企业向心力的大小,决定了企业内部诸因素(即诸项能力)的强弱。凡经济效益比较好,发展速度比较快的企业大多表现出较强的企业向心力。与之相反,凡是企业向心力弱的单位则表现为:企业领导层不和谐,核心力量差,办事效率低,对市场变化缺乏对策和应变能力,企
The goal of China’s economic restructuring is to establish a socialist market economic system. It is imperative to bring companies to market. It is not only necessary to have a good external environment for a company to enable itself to survive and develop in the fierce market competition, but also to establish a stable internal environment full of vigor and vitality. The most critical factor in enhancing the internal vitality of an enterprise is the strength of the company’s centripetal force. This is because the centripetal force within the company is the “power source” for the internal vitality of the company. The size of the firm’s centripetal force determines the strengths and weaknesses of various factors within the company (that is, various capabilities). Those companies with relatively good economic returns and relatively fast development speeds have shown strong corporate centripetal force. On the contrary, all companies that are weak in their businesses are characterized by discordant leadership, poor core strength, low efficiency, and lack of countermeasures and resilience to changes in the market.
