丹皮酚(Paeonol)又名芍药酚(Peonol),化学名为2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯乙酮。是萝藦科植物徐长卿[Pycnoslelma paniculatum K.Schum]全草,牡丹皮[Paeonia Suffruticosa Andr.]及[P.Moutan)中的有效化学成分。药理研究证明,丹皮酚具有抗炎、镇痛、解痉等作用。临床上用于风湿痛、胃痛(胃痉挛)、神经痛、某些癌症疼痛、皮肤瘙痒、过敏性皮炎、湿疹、鹅掌风等。由于该化合物轻微升华,且气味芳香,渗透性好,故是目前有待开发的药物服装的理想药料。 1957年Mather曾用间苯二酚为原
Paeonol, also known as Peonol, has the chemical name 2-hydroxy-4-methoxyacetophenone. It is an effective chemical constituent of Pycnoslelma paniculatum K. Schum, Paeonia Suffruticosa Andr. and P. Moutan. Pharmacological studies have demonstrated that paeonol has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antispasmodic effects. Clinically used for rheumatism, stomach pain (gastric cramps), neuralgia, certain cancer pain, pruritus, allergic dermatitis, eczema, and Liriodendron wind. Due to the slight sublimation of the compound, its aromatic odor and good permeability, it is an ideal medicine for drug garments to be developed at present. Mather used resorcinol as original in 1957
