班组长作为班组生产和管理中的“领头雁”和执行者,在企业中扮演着重要的角色,其执行力的高低直接影响着生产的进度、人员的稳定、产品的品质,也对企业预期目标的实现有间接的关系,因此,提高班组长的执行力至关重要。本文以冰山模型提出的胜任力素质要素为基础,分析探讨执行力提高的步骤,提出“四维视角”提升法,以此提升班组长的综合素质,为企业发展提供稳固的人力资本。
As the “leader” and executor in the team’s production and management, the team leader plays an important role in the enterprise. The level of its execution directly affects the progress of production, the stability of the staff and the quality of the products. The realization of the enterprise’s expectation goal has an indirect relationship, therefore, improving the team leader’s execution is very important. Based on the competency elements proposed by the iceberg model, this paper analyzes and discusses the steps to improve the execution ability and proposes a “four-dimensional perspective” to enhance the overall qualities of the team leader and provide firm human capital for the development of the enterprise.
