一、概述各类铸件由于铸造缺陷造成的废品率很高,在工业发达的国家也要占到20%左右,在国内,如气缸头、阀体等有时高达40%以上。为了提高需作耐压试验铸件的质量和合格率,国外已普遍采用浸渗堵漏技术,所用的浸渗剂大体有三类:水玻璃、树脂和厌氧。其中以厌氧类效果较好。厌氧类浸渗堵漏方法可分为整体浸渗(加压法、真空法、真空-加压法)和局部浸渗两种。局部浸渗堵漏工艺具有装备简单、清洁度要求低、涂刷方便、省胶价廉等优点。我们从1979年起开始应用厌氧胶对铸件
First, an overview of all types of castings due to casting defects caused by high rejection rate in industrialized countries have accounted for about 20% in China, such as the cylinder head, valve and sometimes up to 40% or more. In order to improve the quality and pass rate of castings to be used for pressure test, infiltration plugging technology has been widely used in foreign countries. There are generally three types of infiltrating agents used: water glass, resin and anaerobic. Anaerobic effect is better. Anaerobic impregnation plugging methods can be divided into overall impregnation (pressure method, vacuum method, vacuum - pressure method) and partial infiltration of two. Local impregnation plugging process has the advantages of simple equipment, low requirement of cleanliness, convenient brushing and low cost. We have been applying anaerobic adhesives to castings since 1979
