采用线粒体相关基因表达和IPA方法,对705个线粒体相关基因的基因表达进行分析.基于线粒体相关基因平均表达比值比,分析获得大骨节病软骨9个显著性上调差异表达的线粒体相关基因;通路分析发现大骨节病软骨氧化磷酸化、丙酮酸盐代谢和凋亡信号通路上调,提示软骨细胞线粒体功能紊乱在大骨节病发病机制中起重要作用.
The mitochondria-related gene expression was analyzed by using mitochondria-related gene expression and IPA method, and 9 mitochondria-related genes that were significantly up-regulated and differentially expressed in KBD were obtained based on the ratio of the average expression ratio of mitochondria-related genes. It was found that cartilage oxidative phosphorylation, pyruvate metabolism and apoptosis signaling pathways were up-regulated in KDBD, suggesting that mitochondrial dysfunction of chondrocytes plays an important role in the pathogenesis of Kashin-Beck disease.
