通过室内养虫鉴定,农艺性状考查和收获后单株考种,对194份栽培大豆进行了抗斜纹夜蛾的鉴定和评价。结果表明:在抗生性和抗选性上对斜纹夜蛾表现为高抗或抗的材料分别有77份和107份。194份品种在株高、主茎分枝数、单株粒数和单株粒重性状上表现出不同程度的耐害和补偿能力。大豆对斜纹夜蛾的抗生性与抗选性的相关性表现相对一致,而抗生性或抗选性与耐害性的表现无显著相关。在抗性鉴定的基础上,筛选出一批对斜纹夜蛾在3种抗性机制上均表现优异的大豆材料25份,为大豆抗虫遗传和育种提供新的抗源。
194 adult soybean cultivars were identified and evaluated against Spodoptera litura through laboratory identification of the supportive insects, examination of agronomic traits and single plant test after harvest. The results showed that there were 77 and 107, respectively, of the materials exhibiting high resistance or resistance to Spodoptera litura on antibiotic and anti-selection. 194 varieties showed different degrees of tolerance and compensatory ability in plant height, branch number of main stem, grain per plant and grain weight per plant.
