当我们看到了本刊第四期介绍的“φ3M天轮的浇合铸造”一文后,根据我厂铸造同样天轮的经验,认为在操作上尚不够简便,尤其是轮辐浇合部分采取下芯方法,造型工时较多,如果在制作轮缘上、下箱时即将箕子挖出,就可省却制作轮辐坭总的很多工时,所以我厂在铸造一个3M天轮总的工时仅需28小时,另外认为轮缘与轮毂的浇铸时间相隔20小时较长,使生产面积利用率小,砂箱周转不及时,而且轮毂砂型易于返潮,根据我厂经验,轮缘与轮毂浇铸时间仅相隔4小时,并没有发现轮辐挠曲现象。在生产大跃进的高潮中,我们为了互相学习、共同提高,现将我厂的方法介绍如下:
