试验采用~(60)Coγ—射线以9.3,13.95,18.6千拉德3种剂量分别处理半野生大豆“药泉山”和“龙79-6613”,在M_2代测定其蛋白质和脂肪含量。结果表明,M_2代群体蛋白质平均含量较对照增加,而脂肪平均含量较对照减少,且均有超亲现象。对蛋白质含量进行选择可获得一定的预期遗传进度。简单相关分析表明,蛋白质含量与脂肪含量及单株粒数呈极显著负相关,而与百粒重呈极显著正相关,脂肪含量与生育日数呈极显著正相关。
The semi-wild soybean “YQ” and “Long 79-6613” were treated with ~ (60) Coγ-rays at the doses of 9.3, 13.95 and 18.6 krad respectively, and the protein and fat content were measured in the M_2 generation. The results showed that the average content of protein in M_2 generation group increased compared with the control, but the average content of fat decreased compared with the control, and both super-progeny phenomenon. The protein content can be selected to obtain a certain degree of genetic progress expected. Simple correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between protein content and fat content and grain number per plant, but significant positive correlation with grain weight. There was a significant positive correlation between fat content and birth days.
