目的 探讨长期放置国产TCu2 2 0c宫内节育器 (IUD)的变化。方法 对 2 4只放置 15年左右 (13~17年 )的国前TCu2 2 0c宫内节育器采用金相、扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪检查等方法 ,进行铜管的金相及表面沉积物和尾丝表面形貌及成分分析。结果 铜管金相均有腐蚀 ,有的甚至腐蚀后导致铜管脱落 ,铜管上沉积物元素为Ca、Cu、S、Si、Cr等 ,结构为CaCO3、Cu2 O、Cu。尾丝形貌没有明显改变 ,但有的丝质变硬、变脆 ,其表面沉积物为CaCO3。结论 TCu2 2 0cIUD放置 15年左右铜管明显腐蚀 ,表面沉积物增多 ,带器者在临床上未发现明显异常
Objective To investigate the long-term placement of domestic TCu220c intrauterine device (IUD) changes. Methods Twenty-four TCu220c IUDs placed for about 15 years (13-17 years) were examined by metallography, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Surface morphology and composition analysis of surface sediments and tail filaments. As a result, the corrosion of the brass metallurgy was observed. Some of them even corroded and led to the copper tube falling off. The sedimentary elements on the copper tube were Ca, Cu, S, Si, Cr and the like, and the structures were CaCO3, Cu2O, Cu. There was no significant change in the appearance of the tail filaments, but some silk became hard and brittle, and the surface sediment was CaCO3. Conclusion TCu2 2 0cIUD copper tube corrosion after about 15 years of placement, the surface sediment increased, with no obvious clinical abnormalities with the band
