军人表演型人格倾向筛查问卷的初步编制

目的编制符合部队需要的表演型人格倾向筛查工具。方法根据临床经验和文献研究的结果,从现有量表中提取条目,经专家评议后形成试测问卷。使用试测问卷、PDQ-4+的表演型人格分量表对400名部队官兵施测;筛选出PDQ-4+表演型人格分量表为阳性的官兵后,用SCID-Ⅱ对这部分官兵实施访谈。通过探索性因素分析初步构建问卷结构,分析条目的区分度,问卷的信度、效度、灵敏度和特异度,最终确定量表的划界分。结果经专家评议的试测问卷有37个条目有效,30个条目存在部分争议,25个条目专家认为无效;修订后进行试测,理解力测评显示除条目32、41、51外,其余条目均有90%以上的官兵认为可以理解。探索性因素分析后量表划分为易变性、关系认知、肤浅性、自我中心、挫折反应和挑逗行为六个因子,共可解释41.08%的变异,各因子可解释的变异在3.43%~18.40%之间。6个条目区分度不佳,18个区分度尚可的条目应作调整。量表的内部一致性信度Cronbach’sα系数为0.776,分半信度系数为0.625,效标效度为0.357(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析中AUC=0.910(P<0.05),31.5分的灵敏度为0.848,特异度为0.875;32.5分的灵敏度为0.881,特异度为0.750,选取32分为量表划界分。结论初步编制的表演型人格倾向筛查问卷可用于部队筛查表演型人格倾向。 Objective To develop a performance-based personality screening tool that meets the needs of the military. Methods According to the clinical experience and the results of literature research, items were extracted from the existing scales, and the test questionnaires were formed after being appraised by experts. Using the test questionnaire, PDQ-4 + performance-based personality subscale to 400 officers and men of the test; selected PDQ-4 + performance-based personality subscales were positive officers and soldiers, with SCID-Ⅱ part of the implementation of interviews with officers and soldiers . Through exploratory factor analysis, the structure of the questionnaire was initially constructed, the distinction of the items, the reliability, validity, sensitivity and specificity of the questionnaire were analyzed, and the demarcation of the scale was finally determined. Results There were 37 items validated by experts, 30 items were partially controversial, and 25 items were invalid. After revision, the test results showed that items other than items 32, 41 and 51 More than 90% of officers and men think it is understandable. After exploratory factor analysis, the questionnaire was divided into six variables: variability, relationship cognition, superficiality, self-centeredness, frustration reaction and teasing behavior, which could explain 41.08% of the total variance. The explanatory variables of each factor were 3.43% ~ 18.40 %between. Six entries are poorly-distinguished, and 18 entries that are well-differentiated should be adjusted. The internal consistency reliability of the scale Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.776, the half-reliability coefficient was 0.625, and the effective validity was 0.357 (P <0.05). ROC curve analysis of AUC = 0.910 (P <0.05), 31.5 points for the sensitivity of 0.848, specificity of 0.875; 32.5 points for the sensitivity of 0.881, the specificity of 0.750, select 32 points for the subdivision scale. Conclusion The preliminarily prepared performance-based personality screening test can be used in the force screening performance personality trend.
