T-12型拖拉机转向节(图1),齐端面镗孔原采用φ30.5±0.10(留0.5±O.10mm磨量)外圆定位,由于工件在加工中定位尺寸不易控制,导致φ30孔中心位移,有时位移量达0.25mm,不能保证技术要求。为此,我们改用图2所示的夹具。夹具定位是靠内锥套4实现的,内锥套4的锥度与工件锥度相同,将工件放入内锥套4内,用四爪压紧。为保证夹具精度,内锥套4与大套5为间隙配合H7/g6,弹簧8使内锥套4能与工件有一定的锁紧力,并在装卸工件时能上下移动。工件孔位的高低用盖板3来保证。
