分析了深孔钻头结构特点及对钻削过程的影响,通过对BTA钻头切削刃进行有限元仿真,研究出钻头切削刃的不足并对刀齿部分进行了改进。通过对钻头导向块进行受力分析,对导向块的合理位置进行了优化分布。最后通过对钻头排屑口的有限元分析,得出了最佳排屑状态结构,并通过实验验证了优化后钻头的可靠性。
The characteristics of deep hole bit structure and its influence on the drilling process are analyzed. Through the finite element simulation of the cutting edge of BTA bit, the cutting edge of the bit is not enough and the tooth part is improved. By analyzing the force of the bit guide block, the rational distribution of the guide block is optimized. Finally, by the finite element analysis of the chip discharge port, the optimal chip removal state structure is obtained, and the reliability of the optimized bit is verified through experiments.
