现如今我国由传统经济时代转型为知识经济时代的过程中,人力资源低成本也因其优势不再具有长久性而被众多企业舍弃而转向依赖人力资源的差异化。即便如此,在企业的组织构造、执行惯性与成本等因素的影响和制约下,仍无法使企业获得持续性的优势。以下将由笔者将就企业中人力资源低成本和人力资源差异化两个方面相融合所展现出来的优势提出具有可实施性的策略,望能为相关企业的人力资源可持续发展提供参考。
Nowadays, the transition from traditional economy to knowledge-based economy in our country is characterized by the fact that the low cost of human resources has been turned away from the diversity of human resources due to the fact that its advantages no longer have the long-term nature of being abandoned by many enterprises. Even so, under the influence and restriction of organizational structure, implementation inertia and cost, the enterprise still can not get sustainable advantages. The following will be the author will be on the enterprise in the low-cost human resources and human resources differentiation in the two aspects of the advantages presented by the implementation of an implementable strategy in the hope that the relevant enterprises can provide a reference for the sustainable development of human resources.
