用5只狗作实验对象,全麻后经左气管旁切口,左喉返神经切除1 cm长。直接喉镜检查证实左声带无运动,并位于旁正中位。用10cm~3注射器和18号针头,从每一动物左胁和腹部抽取2cm~3皮下脂肪。然后将注射器垂直放置5分钟,去除小量血液、血清和溶解细胞,其余1.6cm~3脂肪和血液,用微注射枪装上20cm长的20号注射针头,在声带中1/3注入左侧声带。3只狗在48小时再次检查后处死,2只在3周后检查并处死,狗喉切除作冠状切片染色。3只在48小时喉镜检查无明显水肿发现,左声带中1/3位于中线,后1/3向外弯而偏离中线。注入的脂肪仍在声带肌内,组织学
Five dogs were used as experimental subjects. After general anesthesia, the left tracheal incision and left recurrent laryngeal nerve were excised 1 cm long. Direct laryngoscopy confirmed no movement of the left vocal fold, and located in the median side. Using a 10 cm ~ 3 syringe and a 18 gauge needle, 2 cm ~ 3 subcutaneous fat was drawn from the left flank and abdomen of each animal. The syringe was then placed vertically for 5 minutes to remove a small amount of blood, serum, and lysed cells, and the remaining 1.6 cm to 3 fats and blood. A 20-gauge 20 gauge needle was mounted using a microinjection gun and 1/3 into the vocal cords vocal cord. Three dogs were sacrificed again after 48 hours, two were examined after three weeks and sacrificed, and laryngectomy was performed for coronal sectioning. Three only 48 hours laryngoscopy no significant edema found in the left vocal cords 1/3 in the midline, 1/3 outward and deviate from the midline. Infused fat is still in the vocal cord muscle, histology
