设计人员在考虑车辆重心布置时,通常会采用实测法测出重心位置,然而对新产品设计,前期是无法实现的;如果采用编程实现,则对于一般机械或汽车设计人员而言却不便借鉴和掌握;还有的是利用Excel计算重心,虽然快捷方便,但对于复杂不规则的零部件而言,重心位置也难以求得。本文以12m3搅拌车为例,详细介绍了该类车辆重心布置计算和轴荷校核方法。
