本研究以11种常用精神药物为索引,以32个因素为自变量,对801例精神病人服药后的心电图改变进行了多元逐步回归分析。异常率为28.6%～67.7%。心电图改变以窦性心动过速、ST-T改变多见。提示11个自变量与心电图改变有密切关系。
In this study, 11 kinds of commonly used psychotropic drugs as the index, with 32 factors as independent variables, 801 patients with psychiatric medication ECG changes after a multiple stepwise regression analysis. The abnormal rate was 28.6% ~ 67.7%. ECG changes to sinus tachycardia, ST-T changes more common. Tip 11 independent variables and ECG changes are closely related.
