随着老龄化的快速发展,近年来我国政府相继出台相应养老保证政策,许多城市都开始关注老年公寓的建设。但是目前的老年公寓的设计没有最大化的达到集约型的建设效果。本文针对老年公寓朝向设计问题,通过基于Ecotect软件模拟不同纬度不同朝向建筑的太阳辐射量得出数据,研究老年公寓室内年太阳辐射总量与纬度和朝向的关系。对模拟所得的辐射进行了分析与对比,进而对不同纬度所适合的老年公寓朝向设计进行探讨并得出结论。研究发现低纬度地区东西向和南北向建筑均适用,中纬度地区东西向比较适用,南北向更适用于高纬度地区。
With the rapid development of aging, in recent years, the Chinese government has promulgated corresponding pension guarantee policies, and many cities are beginning to pay attention to the construction of senior apartments. However, the design of the current senior apartment does not maximize the intensive construction effect. In this paper, aiming at the design problem of the aged apartments, the data of the solar radiation amounting to buildings with different latitudes in different latitudes are simulated based on Ecotect software to study the relationship between the total annual solar radiation and the latitude and orientation of the aged apartments. The simulated radiations are analyzed and compared, and then the design of the aged apartments suitable for different latitudes is discussed and concluded. It is found that the east-west and north-south buildings in low latitudes are suitable for application. The east-west direction is more suitable for mid-latitude regions and the north-south direction is more suitable for high-latitude regions.
