目的分析不同类型局灶性肝结节(FLLs)的过渡时间加权和(WSTT)参数成像特点,初步探讨该参数在超声造影定量分析中的应用潜力。方法利用时间-强度曲线的上升支和下降支过渡时间构建一个加权参数WSTT。其中,权重参数参照时间-强度曲线峰值设置。采用36个不同类型FLLs的超声造影病例来评价WSTT参数成像的有效性。上升支和下降支的相关权重参数值分别为0.7和0.2。实验分析不同类型FLLs的WSTT参数成像特点并计算每个病例中肝结节与肝实质的WSTT比值。结果每种类型FLL的WSTT参数图能明显反映不同血流灌注特点。以肝局部脂肪缺失作为正常对照组,其他类型的FLLs的WSTT比值与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论本实验初步验证了WSTT参数用于FLLs的鉴别诊断的可行性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the imaging characteristics of the time-weighted weighted (WSTT) parameters of different types of focal hepatic nodules (FLLs) and to explore the potential of this parameter in the quantitative analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound. The method constructs a weighted parameter WSTT using the rising branch and the falling branch of the time-strength curve. Among them, the weight parameter refers to the time-intensity curve peak setting. Echocardiography was performed on 36 different types of FLLs to evaluate the effectiveness of imaging WSTT parameters. The relative weight parameters for the ascending and descending branches are 0.7 and 0.2, respectively. The characteristics of WSTT parameters of different types of FLLs were analyzed experimentally and the WSTT ratio of hepatic nodules and liver parenchyma in each case was calculated. Results The WSTT parameter map for each type of FLL clearly reflects different perfusion characteristics. The WSTT ratio of other types of FLLs was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion This experiment validates the feasibility of WSTT parameters for the differential diagnosis of FLLs.
