目的评估桐乡市9家性病诊疗机构采用“一个结合、两个体系和三查一规范”的梅毒防治模式成效,为规范性病诊疗服务提供依据。方法按照《医疗机构梅毒规范服务达标方案》进行评估。结果桐乡市9家诊疗机构梅毒规范治疗率从2011年的89.58%上升至2014年的97.11%,梅毒报告准确率从2011年的98.84%提高到2014年的100.00%。一期与二期梅毒发病率由2011年的24.63/10万、22.06/10万下降至2015年的4.81/10万、6.74/10万。结论 “一个结合、两个体系和三查一规范”的梅毒防治模式有效加强了梅毒规范服务管理,提高了梅毒防治效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of syphilis prevention and control mode in nine STD clinics in Tongxiang City and to provide basis for normative STD clinics. Methods According to “medical institutions standard syphilis service program” to assess. Results The treatment rate of syphilis in nine clinics in Tongxiang increased from 89.58% in 2011 to 97.11% in 2014, and the accuracy of syphilis reporting increased from 98.84% in 2011 to 100.00% in 2014. The incidence of stage I and stage II syphilis dropped from 24.63 / 100,000 in 2011 and 22.06 / 100,000 in 2015 to 4.81 / 100,000 in 6.74 / 100,000 in 2015. Conclusion The syphilis prevention and control model of “one combination, two systems and three checkups” effectively strengthens syphilis standard service management and enhances the syphilis prevention and control effect.
