本文阐述了三斜滑面立方体型超高压装置剖分缠绕模型电测试验的结果。导槽环剖分成三块,并由钢带予紧缠绕成一个整体。当工作载荷在某一极限值内导槽环剖分块之间不开缝,否则导槽环将开缝。开缝条件的研究是本文的主要目的之一。本文提供了予紧力与开缝时工作载荷间的关系。予紧力:工作载荷=3.5:1,主要为结构设计及三维光弹性模拟试验冻结加载提供荷载依据。测得剖分块在工作荷载下有微小的转动。由于角位移和弹性模量成反比,故原型的角位移可以忽略不计、满足导槽环在工作荷载下产生径向平移的要求,不会影响顶锤的对中精度。试验结果和原设计基本符合。
This article describes the results of the electrical test of the split winding model of a cubic ramp super high pressure device. The guide groove ring is split into three pieces and is tightly wound by a steel belt into one piece. When the working load is within a certain limit value, the slits of the guide groove loops do not open, otherwise the guide ring will open the slit. The study of slit condition is one of the main purposes of this article. This article provides the relationship between the preload force and the working load at the time of slitting. Prestressing force: Working load = 3.5:1, mainly for the structural design and three-dimensional photoelastic simulation test to provide load for freeze loading. Measured splitting blocks have slight rotation under working load. Since the angular displacement is inversely proportional to the elastic modulus, the angular displacement of the prototype is negligible and the radial shift requirement of the guide groove ring under the working load is satisfied, and the accuracy of the centering of the top hammer is not affected. The test results are basically in accordance with the original design.
