在海洋采矿系统中 ,提升物料颗粒大、距离长 ,提升管道处在复杂的海洋气候条件下 ,管内流体中颗粒的运动状态与陆上管道输送不同。对摆动管道输送特性的研究结果表明 ,摆动管中的压力损失比静止状态的压力损失大。根据颗粒的受力特点 ,建立了数学计算模型 ,分析了动态管道压力损失增加的机理。
In the ocean mining system, the particle size of the material is increased, the distance is long, and the lifting pipeline is under the complicated marine climatic conditions. The movement of the particles in the fluid in the pipe is different from that on the land pipeline. The results of the study on the characteristics of oscillating pipelines show that the pressure loss in the oscillating pipe is larger than the pressure loss in the stationary state. According to the force characteristics of the particles, a mathematical calculation model is established, and the mechanism of increasing the pressure loss of the dynamic pipe is analyzed.
