本文从导体的过剩电荷“被限制在表面的,一薄层内”这—事实出发,由半径为R的带电导体球这一特例求得导体与表面的电位差。由此说明把导体静电平衡性质之一表述为“导体是个等位体、导体表面是等位面”的必要性。
This article proceeds from the fact that the excess charge of the conductor “is confined to the surface within a thin layer” - the difference between the conductor and the surface is derived from the fact that the charged conductor sphere of radius R is a special case.
