近几年,“大数据”迅速推向各领域,美国更是将其作为全球性战略计划。图书馆界如何在大数据时代抓住机遇、挽救图书馆在资源共享与数据分析中的颓势,将是摆在图书馆人面前的一个重大课题。文章分析了大数据的知识优势,从数据资源、数据分析技术、数据价值性等角度阐述了图书馆基于大数据构建知识服务引擎的可行性,构建了涵盖知识来源与过滤层、知识存储层、知识表示与标引层、知识处理与挖掘层、知识检索与反馈层的知识服务引擎体系,以应对图书馆与用户的“知识服务观”的需求。
In recent years, “big data” has rapidly been pushed into various fields and the United States has even considered it as a global strategic plan. Librarianship in the era of big data to seize the opportunity to save the library in the resource sharing and data analysis of the decline, will be placed in front of the library a major issue. This paper analyzes the knowledge advantage of big data and expounds the feasibility of building a knowledge service engine based on big data from the aspects of data resources, data analysis technology and data value. The paper constructs a database covering knowledge source and filtering layer, knowledge storage layer, Knowledge representation and indexing layer, knowledge processing and mining layer, knowledge retrieval and feedback layer knowledge service engine system to meet the library and user’s “knowledge service concept” needs.
