马桑内酯在治疗精神分裂症方面已获得一定的疗效。为了探索其作用规律,本文作者观察了马桑内酯对26支家兔脑电图的影响。注射马桑内酯后,家兔脑电图均出现痫性放电。首先,表现为短段痫性波,随后为突发的连续高幅痫性波。并初步讨论了脑电图变化规律可能代表的意义。
Coriaria lactone has achieved certain efficacy in the treatment of schizophrenia. In order to explore its role, the authors observed the effects of coriaria lactone on 26 EEG rabbits. After injection of coriaria lactone, epileptic discharge occurred in the rabbit EEG. First, a short epileptic wave appeared, followed by a burst of continuous high amplitude epileptic waves. And preliminary discussion of the significance of the changes in the law of electroencephalography may represent.
