在水平井和大位移井钻进过程中,钻柱与井壁或套管内壁接触摩擦,将对油气资源开发带来安全隐患。因此,针对这一问题,本文设计了一种剖分轴瓦式减摩降扭短节,通过采用扶正套与本体分体式设计,中间设置耐磨光滑材料,实现有效降低接触摩擦传递的目的。并通过现场试验对减摩降扭短节作业性能进行了相关验证。
During the drilling of horizontal wells and large displacement wells, the friction between the drill string and the inner wall of the shaft or casing will bring potential safety hazard to the exploitation of oil and gas resources. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, this paper designed a split bearing bush-type anti-friction and torsion-short section. Through the use of a split-body design with a centering body and a body, a wear-resistant and smooth material was set in the middle to achieve the purpose of effectively reducing contact friction transmission. Through the field test, the operating performance of the anti-friction and anti-torsion shortening section was verified.
